Code of Conduct 1.0

Effective from: July 12, 2025

1. Purpose

We aim to create a safe, respectful, and clear working environment where all employees feel welcome and valued. This Code of Conduct applies to everyone working at or representing Hedh-Escalante Chocolatier.

2. Our values

We strive to:

  • Show respect for one another: everyone is treated equally and with dignity.
  • Maintain open and clear communication: we say what we mean and listen actively.
  • Be collaborative: we support each other to reach our shared goals.
  • Build a safe work environment: both physically and mentally.

3. What we do not accept

We do not tolerate:

  • Racism or xenophobia
  • Harassment - whether sexual, verbal, or otherwise
  • Discrimination based on gender, age, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or any other personal trait

4. Reporting violations

If you experience or witness behavior that goes against this code, report it directly to Katarina Lilja from management or send an email to [email protected]. All reports are handled confidentially and with care.

5. Consequences

Consequences will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may include anything from a conversation with management to formal warning or termination, depending on the severity of the violation.
